When you sign in with Google, we collect and store only the email address associated with the Google account you choose. We use it to create and secure your Pool Host HQ account and to identify you in the service. We do not collect or store your Google contacts, calendar, files, photos, or other Google account data.

We also store information you create or submit while using the service, such as pool memberships, sports picks, standings-related records, and chat messages. If you create a paid pool, we may keep the payment confirmation reference needed to administer that pool.

We use your information to:

• provide, operate, and secure Pool Host HQ;
• authenticate your account and send service-related emails;
• operate pools, including picks, standings, and reminders;
• respond to support requests and prevent misuse; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or use Google user data for advertising.

We use essential authentication cookies supplied by our authentication provider to keep you signed in and protect your session. We also use one first-party cookie named seen_site. It stores a value indicating that you have visited our landing page, so returning visitors can be directed to the sign-in page instead of seeing marketing content again. This cookie does not track you across other websites and is retained for up to one year.

We share information only with service providers that help us run Pool Host HQ, such as our authentication, hosting, database, and email-delivery providers, and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the security, rights, or property of Pool Host HQ and its users.

We retain account information while your account is active and as needed to operate pools, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us at bettingforvalue@gmail.com. Deleting an account may remove or anonymize information where practical, subject to records we must retain.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Pool Host HQ is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date when we do.
